Jordan Romero is a 21-year-old mountain athlete and student living in Salt Lake City, UT. He is the youngest person to summit Mount Everest and the youngest person to complete all Seven Summits (the highest points on each continent). Since then, his story has been told in a memoir co-authored with Linda Leblanc No Summit Out of Sight which chronicles the adventure from his point of view including all the mental and physical challenges. The book been an inspiration for youth in leadership, setting goals, and discovering the passion that gets them out of bed every day, while being adopted in many school curriculums. Nowadays, Jordan is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies in order to help answer the question of how issues of generational poverty can be tackled with a sustainable conscious.
